The companies that will benefit from the non-repayable contribution and those in deepening preliminary investigation (the applications in lists C and D require a deepening preliminary investigation whose results will be communicated directly to applicants via certified e-mail) are indicated in the four following lists attached to the Decree:
List A - list of applications for facilities transmitted by March 28, 2021 by companies not in possession of the legality rating that are eligible for financing
List B - list of facilitated applications transmitted within March 28, 2021 by companies in possession of the rating of legality that are eligible for fundin
List C - list of applications for subsidies sent by 28 March 2021 by companies that do not possess the legality rating and for which further investigation is necessary.
List D - list of facilitated applications transmitted within 28th March 2021 by enterprises in possession of the legality rating for which an in-depth investigation is necessary.
