According to the determination of the Customs and Monopolies Agency no. 493869/2021, in the Intrastat forms relating to intra-Community supplies (Intra-1 bis list) made from 2022 onwards, it is mandatory to indicate the data relating to the non-preferential origin of the goods shipped, to be identified on the basis of customs rules (art. 60 of EU Regulation no. 952/2013 and art. 31 et seq. of EU Regulation no. 2446/2015).
In this regard, we point out that the identification of the non-preferential country of origin of the goods, to be carried out in accordance with the above-mentioned EU regulations, presupposes an investigation that may be very complex, and that the incorrect indication of the origin entails the risk of incurring in serious penalties.
